Thanks to swing door system, it is very easy to reach inside of the machine which was inaccessible before. New series slicers are easy to clean and easy to maintain. Its modern design adds elegance and aesthetics to the enterprises. Improves bakerys decor by appropriate color choice. It can be placed between two racks or cabinets. There is no need to go side to run slicer, can be operated from the front side. Automatic formation makes it easy and tireless to use. Slice thickness can be produced from 8mm to wider widths. Standard production is 16mm. There is a bag holder on the machine. Mataş special blades ensures long term durability. Produced in CE standards. One year warranty against manufacturing and installation defects.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Machine operates by the sensors placed on the cutting area. Place the bread into the cutting area. It slices the bread properly without crushing it. Bread is automatically sliced and machine stops after slicing process is finished. Sliced bread is packed by the help of bagger.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Open the front cover. The plastic drawer is removed and the cracks are emptied.  All internal surfaces of the machine are cleaned from crumbs and dust by hand brush. The machine does not require maintenance except daily cleaning.
