It is a machine that cuts dough  in desired weight  in a series. It is manufactured from cast iron. The oil reservoir is next to the boiler and the oil circulates at a short distance before the oil goes down. It makes low oil consumption. It's stainless steel. One year warranty against manufacturing and installation defects.
