WORKING PRINCIPLE

Its automatic with safety cover. The bread is left inside and the cover is closed. When the cover closes, the machine starts to work and slices the bread. It slices the bread properly without crushing it. At the end of the slicing, machine stops and the front transparent cover opens. The transparent cover automatically closes when bread is taken from the bread chamber. Sliced bread is packed by the help of bagger.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Open the front cover. The plastic drawer is removed and the cracks are emptied. All internal surfaces of the machine are cleaned from crumbs and dust by hand brush. The machine does not require maintenance except daily cleaning.
