Working Principle
It has an armless and capless working system. Bread is left in the open chamber with the sensor. When the pusher slide comes into contact with the bread, the cutting slows down and the bread is sliced without being crushed. When the slicing is finished, the machine stops. Sliced bread is bagged with the help of the bagging sheet.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The plastic drawer is removed and the crumbs are emptied. With a hand brush, the inner surfaces of the machine are cleaned from crumbs and dust. The machine does not require any maintenance other than daily maintenance.
